    A few months ago I was blessed with the opportunity to spend the weekend at Miraval Spa. I had no idea how much it would change my life. From the serene beauty that surrounds the grounds to the spa itself, it was like a little bit of heaven on earth. But surprisingly, what stuck with me and what has inspired me the most about my weekend was your 1/2 hour session called “Breathwalking”. It made sense at the time and I thoroughly enjoyed the session, but the bigger impact was when I got back to my every-day work week and found myself reflecting on that session. I have put into practice the “Breathwalking” at least a few times per week. From the minute I start my meditation, I feel a sense of relax but also energy. This practice has inspired me to crave more ways to improve my health and well being. I have recently purchased your book for myself, my sister and my Mom.
